Terms & Conditions
  • Orders can be returned within 7 days of receipt, undamaged and in original packaging.
  • You must notify us by email to ask@miltonandworlemobility.co.uk within 2 days of receipt at which point we will issue a return / exchange / credit code.
  • The return / exchange / credit code will be cancelled if for any reason the item is not received by us or damaged in any way.
  • You are liable for insured carriage to return the item to us.
  • Refunds only made after receipt of items, undamaged.
  • No refund will be made on any carriage costs.
  • Refunds will incur a 17.5% re-stocking and admin fee.
  • Allow maximum 28 days for delivery.
  • No refund, exchange or credit can be offered on special order items, you will be notified by email of any special order item.
